LZ-60DC series cross flow fan

     Cross-flow fan, also known as tangential fan, cross-flow fans are a special kind of fan, generally in the shape of a tower column, but also have a large cylindrical shape. The blowing wind is concentrated and cylindrical, so it can be used in multiple combinations to form a relay-type air flow transmission.

main feature:
(1) The impeller is generally multi-blade forward blade type, but the two end faces are closed.
(2) There is no limit to the width B of the impeller, when the width increases. The flow rate also increased.
(3) Unlike a centrifugal fan, the cross-flow fan not opened on the side plate of the casing to allow the airflow to enter the fan axially, but to partially open the casing so that the airflow enters the fan directly and radially. The air flow traverses the blade twice. Some cross-flow fans are equipped with immovable guide vanes on the inner edge of the impeller to improve the air flow.
(4) The air inlet and outlet are rectangular, which is easy to match with the building. The use of small cross-flow fans is steadily expanding.

main advantage:
1. Even distribution of wind speed
Since there is very little low interference, the wind blowing is very concentrated. In this way, it can send the wind far away under low noise conditions, and can easily change the direction of the wind flow.
2. The airflow at the air outlet is more evenly distributed along the axial direction
Especially when the ratio of the fan's axial width to the fan's impeller diameter is very large, this is difficult to achieve with other types of fans.
