Application of Cross flow Fan in Floor Convector
The floor convector is the terminal equipment of the floor air supply air-conditioning system, which has the functions of refrigeration, heating, fresh air supply and dehumidification. Originated from European glass curtain wall air conditioning system. The central air conditioning equipment can provide more comfort, energy saving and application at the end. Solve the problems of noise, energy saving and comfort in traditional air conditioning terminal equipment.
The floor convector is the ground air supply, which will make the overall air flow in the room more stable, the temperature distribution is uniform, and the turbulence rate is low, so that the personnel have no obvious sense of blowing in this environment, meeting people's requirements for comfort. The floor convector is equipped with a fresh air inlet, which is convenient for handling fresh air and circulating air to be sent into the room together. Cooperate with other systems to ensure that the indoor fresh air volume meets the standard (failure to meet the standard will lead to people's feeling bored, dizziness and reduced work efficiency).
If 24V DC brushless motor is used in the floor convector, it can better realize stepless speed regulation, reduce noise, and save 34.2% power compared with the 220V motor.
In winter, the room temperature air is sucked in by the cross flow fan(tangential fan) through the filter screen, exchanged with the hot water in the inclined heat exchanger, and sent up the window into the room. The heated air flow rises vertically along the curtain wall glass, heats the cold air flow at the curtain wall, and then mixes with the indoor air. While heating the room, it shields the invasion of the cold air flow at the window edge to the room
In summer, the room temperature air is sucked in by the cross flow fan(tangential fan) through the filter screen. After heat exchange with the cold water in the inclined heat exchanger, it is sent up the window and into the room. The cooling airflow moves up along the curtain wall glass, naturally settles into the room after reaching the ceiling, mixes with the indoor air, and then enters the room by laminar air supply.
